The first time Florida won the national championship in basketball, John Brady was there at the Final Four, too, with his 2006 LSU team. The first time an SEC program hired a Samford head coach, LSU tapped Brady to succeed the great Dale Brown. Brady became a 2018 SEC legend himself after leading the Tigers to two regular-season titles, three division championships, two Sweet 16s and that Final Four, LSU's last. There's no one better to discuss how Florida just won its third national championship and achieved blueblood status, what Texas A&M can expect from new coach Bucky McMillan and Bucky Ball - after his superb run at Samford - and why Alabama has become a basketball state.
